Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is an adventure game developed by Starbreeze studios and published by 505 Games. The player controls two young brothers set out on a journey
to find a cure for their father's illness in the fantasy world with fictitious
creatures like trolls and orcs etc. It is a single player Co-op game. The game
was released in the Platform of Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3,4, iOS, Android and Xbox One etc.
Gameplay
Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is an adventure game played
from a third-person view overlooking the two brothers. The brothers are moved
individually by two thumb sticks on the controller. The player can interact
with the game world, such as talking to an NPC (non-player character). The
older brother is the stronger to pull levers or boost his younger brother to
higher spaces, while the younger one can pass between narrow bars. The player should
co-operative with two brothers to progresses to complete various puzzles, often
requiring the player to manipulate both brothers to perform differing functions.
The player gets injured or died can respawn from the checkpoint. The story is
conveyed through actions, gestures, and expressions.
Story
The story
begins with a boy named Naiee, Younger brother standing at the tombstone of his
dead mother, who submerged at sea while he was unable to save her. Naia, Older
brother calls him to help their ill father to reach the village's doctor, who comes
and tells them the only way to cure him is by collecting the water from the
Tree of Life. The brothers start on their journey through the Hills, village,
and mountains.
Here The story
moves on whether Two brothers bring the water from Tree of life to save his
father and shows that what are the challenges they faced to bring it.
